Where a service provider has offered to cancel the services, you will be refunded within 14 days of cancelling your contract.
You will receive an email once your cancellation is accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the same means of payment initially used to purchase the services. It is not possible to refund some bank transfer payment types, please contact us for help.
Refunds usually take between 1 – 5 business days to show in your account, depending on the payment method used.
